32 Years & Counting

We have been learning to align the needs of our business with the needs of the communities around us
Historically, business success has been easily defined: to make money. In reality, that is an incomplete definition. How companies make money is just as important.
Over the last 3 decades, we have come to learn that a company’s profits are inextricably tied to the prosperity of its consumers, customers, employees and community. We have been learning to align the needs of our business with the needs of these communities around us.
This philosophy has been setting a tone for everything we do today, and it has set a clear direction for the coming decade. We have focused our efforts to some key priorities:
  • The use of Australian resources in our designs (materials matter)
  • A celebration of Australian Artisans from local communities
  • A manufacturing approach founded on quality craftsmanship
  • A relentless pursuit for innovative solutions in our design process and product manufacturing.
This is why we are excited about our future and what we aim to contribute to our communities. These successes will be a big part of our success benchmarks. We have seen how positive an impact this paradigm has had on our business relationships, goals and motivation. It is exciting and we cannot wait to share the journey with you.
